One thing I’ve found to be true. It’s easy easier to push someone in a wheelchair downhill than uphill. CBS understands this. Another metaphor. With a broom, they are sweeping you, like so much dirt and dust, down the path of their preferred narrative. Since you are already heading in the correct direction, it’s way easier for them. They’re sure when they now report “news” with words like <virtually impossible> as proof of fact that you won’t even resist, look for real facts or ask, what the hell?
Pull the break on that wheelchair! Demand better. Recognize their nuanced manipulation of the facts and you. And as I always say, recognize their music. Don’t dance to it.
