I coached for 30 years. I’ve been in the Middle East doing projects with combat units as a civilian. I bristle when I hear the popular message dismissing our youth as a group. Blindly highlighting the negativity of a cultural lable earned by a loud, click generating minority of left wing freaks.
The truth is the bulk of our youth are young. Yeah. Okay thanks. I mean, they are like any young part of a society. Looking, learning, screwing up, finding direction and meaning. Until meaning is handed to them. Like WW2. 9-11 had the same effect. When pushed, our youth stood as lions.
