Part of the current observable talking points landscape is the nonstop, sky is falling, screeching about the renovation of the East Wing of the White House.
Every talking head on every DNC news program is going on and on and on about this horrible desecration of our history, our laws, our grandmother’s honor!!! (Ok. I made up the grandmother’s honor part.) There is one glaringly, unreported fact about this renovation. Did you know that the East Wing renovation has a higher approval rating than Democrats in Congress?
Their approval rating? 19%. East Wing renovation, and this is just strongly approve, 33%.
Another side note. Did you know for the White House ceremonies that they set up porta potties near the tents? Press, visitors, foreign dignitaries… creaky doors, no flush, no sink? You can do the math.
You are being sung a song to direct you to a different sheet of music than the one printed with the reality of what is sitting right in front of you. Be assured, nobody else likes what you like. We know better. Listen to our version of the truth.
This is called recognizing their music. You are actually not dancing to the very music the left is telling you that you are, in fact, dancing to.
And that is what I call ironically ironic.
