They are caught red-handed in federal fraud and the money laundering of congressionally authorized childcare and healthcare aid funds. Their only hope is to delay and distract. To make a villain out of the authorities whose laws they have violated. How? Through lies and cover-ups. Those laws are laws passed by Congress. The fraud in their city and state? Beyond a face planting head bang the numbers are so incredible.
