It is disgusting as you watch this video, the unnecessary danger the ICE Agents are in. The danger the surrounding community is in.
Guilt. Above and beyond the call of duty. Who?
First. The Biden Administration with their open borders. Full criminal responsibility. The pain and suffering they have invited is vile. You either already know the details or you are purposely ignoring them.
Second. Equal criminal responsibility. State governments with “sanctuary” zones allowed to operate within them. They are guilty of Federal obstruction of justice.
Third. Local county or city governments who declare “sanctuary” antics. These local assets are the real operatives who stop the enforcement of Federal immigration laws. They actively hide criminal illegals in their communities from ICE. Criminal illegals who have actually committed crimes in these communities.
We need to remember these bad government actors. We declare these “government” crimes. What we see is a faceless blob. The bureaucracy. No defining face or person normally. That’s about to change. Make no mistake, the left is very good at creating a shambles of our legal system. It’s like having to start our system of justice from scratch to prosecute the government level crimes in these activities. Well, it’s time to get started.
As Homan ramps up his efforts, it will be interesting to see if there are serious consequences up the food chain for the obstructing activities of the state and local officials and the federal crimes of the last administration.
