In the spirit of the holiday season, NBC wants to make sure that if you are black, you know you are a victim that only their constant care and wisdom can adequately protect.
Yeah. I know. Having a black Santa is a good thing. On the other hand, acting like it takes seeing a black Santa for a child to have self-esteem to me should be pretty insulting to their black families. It’s condescending to the children’s parents.

When you stop seeing race in every breath or, in this case, pointing to it every chance you get, then I think we have a better chance going forward together.
