Who is really running Washington? It’s made to look so justified. It’s so smooth. Easy? Heck. We’ve got easy. Simple? This is black and white. We’re the good guys I tell you. The good guys!
And my part-time gig is Superman. Like always, the map to the truth lies with the money trail. Who’s making it? Who is controlling the decision makers buying the stuff. Who is providing the information that buying and supplying decisions are based on? Good intentions in decision making are very useful when they are correctly, morally based on very manipulated data. 4D sales closing.
For example… Patriot missles. Similar to my view of Kuwait International 2003.

Each Patriot missile battery costs $1.1 billion. “Patriot” stands for Phased Array Tracking Radar for Intercept on Target. Built by Raytheon Missiles & Defense, each battery includes a radar, control station, power generators, 5-8 launchers, support vehicles/equipment and requires about 90 personnel to operate. Considered a theater-scale surface-to-air missile defense system, it is mobile though not super-mobile because of its footprint.
And who winds up paying the bill? Normally? The US soldier and the US taxpayer.
This is a long FYI and encouragement to have your eyes wide open. Every decision has a power gain/maintain and a financial incentive gain/maintain.
It’s serious enough music that the DC sewer lords are more than happy to spend your tax dollars and the blood of our soldiers to keep the volume up and us dancing along.
We need to make sure “peace through strength” doesn’t become the next “gender affirming care.” A positive sounding moniker whose meaning now brings the very bad outcome it was intended to prevent.
